What is the process to book?

We make it simple! Simply submit an inquiry with your preferred date and a brief description of your event. After that, a member of our team will reach out to you to chat and schedule an in-person or Zoom site visit. We require 50% of the event total to hold the date and the final 50% minimum 7 days before the event. As always, our team will be available to you throughout the entire process to answer questions and make recommendations as needed.

What is the maximum capacity of the space?

We can fit 150 comfortably. That being said, our legal capacity is higher than that and can work for some layouts – reach out to us to discuss your vision and we can see if we can make it work. 

What’s the nearest subway?

Greenwich & Greene is a quick 5-minute walk from the Canal Street 1 and the Spring Street C/E; a bit further down Canal, you’ll find the 6, J, Z, N, Q & R street stop. We are also a 15-minute walk from the Christopher Street PATH stop.

What about parking?

Free street parking is available directly outside the gallery with the exception of 9am-10:30am Monday and Thursday. However, this fills up quickly. There are several parking garages in the area; we recommend Icon Parking at 450 Washington St, New York, NY 10013. Our quiet street makes it very easy to load and unload vehicles.

Can I use my own vendors?

Yes! While we have a list of recommended vendors – and can even take care of all the details for you! – we do not have restrictions on vendors you can bring in. Note that we require Certificates of Insurance for all vendors loading in furniture or equipment.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes! We have password protected high speed WiFi available to you and your guests.

Is the space appropriate for film or photo shoots?

Absolutely! We are happy to host fashion photo shoots, film and television productions, and more. We’ve worked with the crews of Younger (television, 2015-2021), After the Wedding (film, 2019), Laviano Southampton (lookbook for fashion company), and many more.

I’m coming from out of town. Are there any nearby accommodations?

Yes! We are a 2-minute walk down Greenwich from our top choice, Hugo Hotel. We are also a quick walk to Arlo SoHo and Four Points by Sheraton. Click here for more of our favorite things to do in the neighborhood.

Do you require a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes, we require a COI for all events. A member of our team can provide the details for your insurance.
